Both of us changed significantly when we started our new way of living tow years ago. The fitness training has not only toned our muscles and reduced our weight, but it has also improved our self esteem. Let me tell you, my experience with balance ball exercise really transformed my outlook on fitness. It is amazing how much you can get done with just one inflatable exercise ball. Don't get me wrong – I didn't take to it right off the bat. The first time I tried out some simple balance ball exercises, I actually found it really uncomfortable and awkward. I was doing exercise ball situps, which are not very easy if, like me, you have trouble with balance. I kept falling over and I felt extremely silly. Nonetheless, I couldn't deny that it had given me a really good workout. My abs burned even though there had been no strain on my back.
