Be Watchful For Your Newborn’s Food Allergies

As your newborn moves from breast milk or formula to soft food and then to normal food, parents should be vigilant to their child’s reaction to new foods they are introduced to. My sister’s infant son developed an allergy to nuts that she didn’t identify for nearly six months after the child first tasted peanut butter. After he showed signs of discomfort repeatedly, she concluded he was allergic to it and a trip to the doctor’s office and some tests confirmed it. They were lucky–the allergy was mild. Some others can be quite serious. For more on this stop by Natural Health Trip.
